North Tehran, Damovand and Niyak

So it's official. Iran is the most beautiful country in the world. So 20 minutes from our hotel there are mountains with snow on them about 9 months of the year... This particular mountain is 13,000 feet. I definitely was not wearing proper footwear or clothes to be messin with snow but it was dope.

But yesterday we went to Niyak at the foothills of the Damovand mountains and it was unbelievable. We went to my dad's friend's garden house and it was beautiful... I'll let the pictures do their job.

I also went to my first Imam Zadeh (Mausoleum of a relative of an Imam). The man buried there is Seyed Hashim. The experience on the inside was one which I've never felt before and it was uplifting.

Damn. The pictures look gorgeous. That one of your old man on the bike in the previous post is pretty classic looking. Cool cool cool. Tell us more! I have no clue about Iran so I can't fill in any mental gaps. What are the streets like? The cars? The Architecture? The smells? The sounds? Hows the food? etc. Can't wait to read more. Have fun mang
